10K USER GUIDE: PHYCOCYANIN, THE BIOACTIVE CORE OF SPIRULINA

The effects of Phycocyanin depend on your personal goals. Lighter doses result in subtle effects, while higher doses amplify the benefits and accelerate their manifestation. Before starting a regimen, it is important to clearly define your objectives to choose the appropriate dosage.

How to consume Phycocyanin?

  • Ideal Time for Intake: In the morning upon waking, on an empty stomach. For afternoon doses, prefer a time 20 minutes before dinner.

Reference Dose

5 ml, which is 1 level teaspoon or 1/2 cap.

Suggested Programs

Classic Program

  • Dosage: 10 to 20 ml per day (2 to 4 level teaspoons or 1 to 2 level caps). Ideally, take 5 to 10 ml in the morning and another 20 minutes before dinner.
  • Benefits: Light feeling of well-being, immunity boost, prevention of inflammatory conditions, improves synergy with other food supplements.
  • Phycocyanin per Daily Dose: 100 to 200 mg.
  • Program Duration with one bottle: A 250 ml bottle lasts 12 to 25 days.

Vitality Program

  • Dosage: 20 to 40 ml per day (4 to 8 level teaspoons or 2 to 4 level caps). Ideally, take 10 to 20 ml in the morning and another 20 minutes before dinner.
  • Benefits: Notable increase in energy and endurance, potential reduction of inflammation.
  • Phycocyanin per Daily Dose: 200 to 400 mg.
  • Program Duration with one bottle: A 250 ml bottle lasts 6 to 12 days.

Recovery Program

  • Dosage: 40 ml per day and more (8 level teaspoons and more or 4 level caps and more). For 40 ml per day, ideally take 20 ml in the morning and another 20 minutes before dinner. For more than 40 ml per day, dilute the total dose in 75 cl of water and drink throughout the day, outside of meals and digestive phases. Preferably, keep refrigerated between each dose and finish the bottle within the day.
  • Benefits: Ideal for convalescence and chronic inflammatory conditions, as well as in case of accident or trauma, with clear improvements in well-being and recovery.
  • Phycocyanin per Daily Dose : 400 mg and more.
  • Program Duration with one bottle : A 250 ml bottle lasts a maximum of 6 days.

Seasonal Calendar

When should you increase your 10K consumption? With the changing seasons...

Inter-seasonal Transition Periods:

  • Winter-Spring: Around February 5th.
  • Spring-Summer: Around May 6th.
  • Summer-Autumn: Around August 7th.
  • Autumn-Winter: Around November 7th.

Priority Inter-seasons :

The Winter-Spring and Summer-Autumn periods are particularly recommended for increasing Phycocyanin consumption. Consider a Vitality Boost or a Recovery Treatment for 21 days during these transitions.

 Taste and Storage

  • Taste : Neutral, as phycocyanin doesn't really have a taste.
  • Storage : In a dry place away from heat. In the refrigerator (4/8 °C) for 1 month after opening.

Other Application

Another topical application to complement oral intake: pure 10K can be applied topically in small amounts and massaged into the skin.
Based on the principles of resonance and specific targeting—fundamental concepts in traditional Chinese medicine—this approach enhances the effectiveness of the oral treatment by acting directly on targeted areas of the body. For example, for bruises, hematomas, or scrapes, it is recommended to apply the treatment after cleaning and disinfecting the affected area. For minor burns or sunburn, applying it in the evening can serve as an after-sun treatment. This method is also useful for relieving tendonitis and muscle soreness.
